I take a serving before exercising, and it feels like I have more energy. I’m not sure if it’s placebo or really doing anything. This is my first foray into creatine. The gummies are tasty.

I was honestly surprised that these taste pretty good. Taking two gummies is easy when they taste good so why not. I'm not sure if I'm seeing the boost that they boast, but I'll still take them as it's not bad for you. If it ends up helping great if not oh well. If this is something that you already take and you're looking for a new version of it I'd suggest it, taste good easy to chew and not too expensive.
