I tried these in combination with Berberine. I can taste the oregano, so its certianly real Oregano oil. And it doesn't take much, as Oregano oil is potent. Value for the money; i'd say 4 out of 5. In comparison to other essential oils you can buy (in bulk and not in pill form). Pill form tends to be the highest and most marketed prices. So this bottle gave me some competitive value.

Not too big of a pill. I feel the difference after just 1 week of use. You do get the oregano burps though.
